1. Services Offered​

L & D Junk Removal provides junk removal, cleanouts, debris hauling, and related services. All services are subject to availability, job scope, and location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.​

2. Pricing & Estimates​

Pricing is based on load size, material type, labor required, and disposal fees. Quotes provided via phone or online are estimates and may be adjusted on-site after evaluating the job. Final priving is confirmed before removal begins.​

3. Payments​

Full Payement is due upon job completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Cash App, and other digital methods. Late or declinded payment may result in service fees or refusal of future services.​

​

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a $50 fee to cover lost time and expenses.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos, ot biohazard materials. It is the customer's responsibility to dsiclose all materials in advance. Failure to do so may result in job cancellation and a service fee.

6. Property Access & Liability

Customer must provide clear and safe access to junk items. L & D Junk Removal is not liable for damage to hidden plumbing, wiring, flooring, or structural issues during hauling unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Refunds

All completed jobs are non-refundable. If you cancel 24+ hours before your scheduled time, a full refund may be issued. Dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service for review.

8. Privacy

We collect basic customer info (name, phone, address, email) for scheduling and service delivery only. We will never sell or share your personal data. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of L & D Junk Removal. You may not copy, resue, or distribute any material without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama. Any disputes must be handled in Alabama Courts.
