At L & D Junk Removal, your satisfaction matters to us. We strive to provide reliable, timely, and professional junk removal services. However, please review our refund policy carefully:

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Completed Service Are Non- Refundable 

Once a service has been completed and the junk has been removed, no refunds will be issued. Our team confirms pricing and scope before any work begins to ensure transparency.

2. Cancellations

-24+ Hours notice: Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

-Same-Day Cancellations: May result in a $50 cancellation fee to cover labor and transportation costs.

-No-Shows: If our team arrives and you are unavailable or unreachable, a $50 trip fee will be charged.

3. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We'll review the issue and determine if a partial refund, credit, or re-service is appropriate.

4.Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, please contact us immediately. We will review and issue a refund for any confirmed duplicate payment.
